Conrad has joined the team on a full-time basis having previously consulted in the pharmaceutical industry and was part of the team that effected the sale of the then Cipla Medpro to Enaleni Pharmaceuticals, which was renamed to Cipla Medpro South Africa Limited, listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”). Conrad is a qualified chartered accountant with more than 16 years’ experience, having consulted to owner-managed businesses and listed companies in a wide range of industries.
